Strategic acquisition fuels expansion in high-growth nuclear sectors

Leading international systems integrator, ITI Group (ITI) today announces the acquisition of nuclear engineering services specialist Noveum Ltd (Noveum). The acquisition provides ITI expanded design and safety systems expertise, reinforcing its role in the evolving nuclear enterprise landscape.

The acquisition strengthens ITI’s civil nuclear capabilities and boosts capacity with a significant number of additional Suitably Qualified and Experienced Personnel (SQEP).  It comes at a time when the sector is undergoing a period of rapid expansion with increased investment and demand for specialist services in support of the UK government investment plans. With these expanded capabilities, ITI offers integrated solutions spanning the full nuclear enterprise lifecycle, enhancing value from conceptual design through to sustained operations.
