YGN have something new to share with you!

As part of the Young Generation Network’s  (YGN) Memorandum of Understanding with Women in Nuclear UK and the Nuclear Skills Strategy Group (NSSG), they are launching a cohort of six female next generation leaders for the CALM Design School, kindly sponsored by Nuclear AMRC.

What is the CALM Design School? It is an immersive co-creation experience using the proven Calm In A Box CALM model to challenge current systems and thinking around workplace culture and how we can help people thrive in the 21st century workplace. At the heart of the programme is the principle that you can proactively design workplace culture in an engaging and inclusive way which enables more effective and sustainable people performance for better business outcomes, particularly during times of change.

The cohort will begin this Autumn. All you need to do to apply is email [email protected] by Friday 4 August with a paragraph or two explaining why you would like to get involved. Sarah Markham, founder of Calm in a box, can also answer any questions you might have about the design school!
