Abstract Submissions: deadline 31st January 2024
The steering committee of the 12th International Conference on the Transport, Storage and Disposal of Radioactive Materials invites the submission of high-quality papers to be considered for presentation at this prominent international event.

Authors are invited to propose papers and posters for presentation on any subject closely related to the transport, storage and disposal of radioactive material. Suitable topics could include, but are not limited to:

  • Regulation and Institutional issues
  • Package Engineering
  • Operations
  • Content Specific Challenges

The submission form requires a 250 word summary of your proposed presentation. The deadline for submissions is 31st January 2024

Conference Dinner: Science Museum
The conference dinner will take place in the fantastic setting of the Science Museum, London.

The welcome Drinks Reception will take place in the Energy Hall: a striking space which showcases the past and present of Britain’s engineering history and its achievements since the Industrial Revolution.

Guests will then be able to dine amongst the museum’s exceptional collection of transport-related exhibits in the Making the Modern World gallery.

Attending the Conference
The conference will take place at the Pullman Hotel, London. The hotel is ideally located just a few minutes walk from three of the city’s major railway stations, Kings Cross, Euston and St Pancras International.

Preferential rates will be available for delegates wishing to stay at the Pullman Hotel or at nearby accommodation.
