Congratulations to the winners at the 18th annual UK Nuclear Skills Awards organised by NSAN and Cogent Skills.
The event has become a highly anticipated fixture on the nuclear sector’s calendar, arranged to highlight the excellence within our sector and to recognise the nuclear stars of the present and future through a number of awards.
The winners for each category are as follows:
- Intermediate Apprentice of the Year – Danny Warren from EDF (UK), supported by Westinghouse Electric Company
- Advanced Apprentice of the Year – Thomas Dominguez-Walker of UK Atomic Energy Authority, supported by STRABAG UK
- Higher & Degree Apprentice of the Year – Faye Rathmill from Sellafield Ltd, supported by Cavendish Nuclear
- Graduate of the Year (Business & Commercial) – Everson Dube from Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, supported by Energus
- Graduate of the Year (Science, Technical & Engineering) – Rebecca Dascombe from EDF (UK), supported by Great British Energy – Nuclear
- Postgraduate of the Year – Tamas Zagyva from Imperial Materials, Imperial College London, supported by Cogent Skills
