The ANSIC showcase is set to highlight industry and academia collaborations through a range of engaging presentations, celebrating projects that have helped accelerate the deployment of advanced nuclear technologies.

On behalf of the department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS), you are invited to attend the Advanced Nuclear Skills and Innovation Campus (ANSIC) showcase event this March.

Funded by the BEIS and delivered by the National Nuclear Laboratory (NNL), the ANSIC pilot is integrated with NNL’s Preston Laboratory and has served as a research and innovation hub delivering an array of projects, inspiring the next generation of nuclear scientists.

The ANSIC pilot was developed to enable the UK to harness new and advanced nuclear technologies, recognised in the government’s Energy White Paper and Ten Point Plan to meet net zero by 2050. This includes technology for next gen nuclear reactors, hydrogen mains supply and nuclear isotopes for medical uses.

The showcase is set to highlight industry and academia collaborations through a range of engaging presentations, celebrating projects that have helped accelerate the deployment of advanced nuclear technologies (ANTs).

Please contact [email protected] to register your interest in the event, spaces are limited so please respond promptly. Details of the venue and full agenda will be sent in due course.
