Psychological Safety in High-risk and Safety Critical Environments

In honour of National Inclusion Week 2026 – “Build Trust. Navigate Change.”, we are delighted that we will be joined by Poggy Murray Whitham.

In this talk Poggy will explore the often-misunderstood topic of psychological safety – what it is and what it is not, the benefits of it on the workforce, what action can be taken to promote psychological safety, and, crucially, why it so important in safety critical environments such as engineering.
