The International Nuclear Law Association (INLA) Congress 2026 will bring together nuclear lawyers, policymakers, regulators, industry leaders, academics and young professionals from around the world for a week of discussion, learning and networking focused on the legal challenges and opportunities facing the global nuclear sector.

Hosted in Wales for the first time, the Congress will feature a comprehensive technical programme examining developments in nuclear law, regulation, new nuclear technologies, decommissioning, waste management, liability, financing, international cooperation and other key topics shaping the future of the industry. Delegates will also have the opportunity to participate in a technical site visit to Hinkley Point C, social events and dedicated networking sessions.
