The dinner follows on from the NIA’s Nuclear 2026 conference and exhibition which takes place earlier in the day, so offers the chance to relax and meet friends and colleagues after an interesting and insightful day of presentations and panel discussions. The dinner is an excellent way to raise your company’s profile and there are various sponsorship opportunities available for the evening.

Table Reservations/Tickets
Table bookings are NOW OPEN as well as individual places. We will again only have tables of TEN and ALL BOOKINGS must be made through the Nuclear Institute website.
If you are a company or individual Nuclear Institute member you will need to login (with your password) at nuclearinst.com to book your table or place at the discounted membership rate. For NIA members, who DO NOT have Nuclear Institute membership, you can use the relevant discount code below for the amount of tables or individual places you have added to your basket.
Please ensure to ONLY USE THE CODE IF YOU ARE NOT A NUCLEAR INSTITUTE MEMBER. If you use a code while logged in as a Nuclear Institute member you will already be receiving the discounted prices listed below so YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED and you will need to rebook without using a code. Useful Information
The JW Marriott, Grosvenor House London have designated a special website page for the Annual Dinner. The hotel will contact all table hosts directly to give an individual username and password to gain access to this webpage. This will enable the hosts to book hospitality suites/tables, and order canapes, it will also allow the host to notify the hotel of any special dietary requirements. A beverage list and beverage order form will be shared with the table host and they will be returning those via email as per the instruction on that form.

Our 2026 event sees the return of our After Dinner Celebration. Following the dinner, guests are invited to join us in the Ballroom for a continued celebration and live entertainment from Hand Fulla Soul.
Hand Fulla Soul are a high-energy, feel-good party band that never fail to get the crowd moving! With incredible vocals, slick musicianship, and a setlist packed with everything from soul, funk, Motown, right up to modern hits, they deliver an unforgettable live show. Expect big tunes, non-stop dancing, and a packed dancefloor from the very first song.
Accommodation
inCorporate Venues are acting as hotel reservation agents for both Nuclear 2026 and the Annual Dinner. Good rates have been secured at the various hotels, including the Grosvenor House Hotel. Please note this is subject to availability and reservations will be dealt with on a ‘first-come, first-served basis’. The prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and at prevailing rate.
