NSAN and Cogent Skills are pleased to announce that the nominations are open for the 17th annual UK Nuclear Skills Awards.
This premier event, dedicated to celebrating excellence within the UK’s nuclear sector, is open to all companies engaged in or partnering with the industry. Participation is not limited to NSAN or Cogent Skills members; all are encouraged to get involved!
Recognising Excellence in the Nuclear Sector
The UK Nuclear Skills Awards is the foremost event for acknowledging the exceptional talent, dedication, and innovation that underpin the success of the nuclear industry. Organised for the sector by NSAN and Cogent Skills, the awards serve as a platform to honour both individuals and companies that have made significant contributions to skills for nuclear, highlighting their achievements to the broader industry and beyond.
Nominate
The awards are open to all companies working in, or with, the nuclear sector in the UK. There is no requirement for companies to be members of either NSAN or Cogent Skills.
Introducing New Graduate Categories for 2025
In response to the growing number of nominations for the Graduate of the Year award, we are introducing segmented graduate categories this year. These new categories are designed to provide more opportunities to highlight the outstanding work of these new entrants to the sector, ensuring that their contributions are celebrated.

- Graduate of the Year – Science, Technology & Engineering
- Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Champion of the Year
- Nuclear Ambassador of the Year
The winners will be announced at the UK Nuclear Skills Awards gala dinner, to be held at the Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester on 20th March 2025. This industry favourite brings together industry leaders, key stakeholders, innovators, and rising stars for an evening dedicated to celebrating the achievements that are shaping the future of the UK nuclear sector.
