SME Meeting 2026

Following the success of our SME meeting in February this year, we will be replicating the event in 2026 with improvements from feedback given by attendees. Although the event will be aimed at our SME members, we welcome and encourage participation from larger organisations as there will be areas for you to get involved in.

The event will allow SMEs to showcase their capabilities through the exhibition stands and the Exhibition manual, which will be sent out to all attendees.  There will be an opportunity to learn from each other through the ‘listen and learn’ session and have the opportunity to have 1-2-1 meetings with larger organisations.

The Nuclear Institute (NI) Western Branch Dinner

The NI Western Branch Dinner will follow the event later that evening. The NIA will be hosting a number of pay-your-own-way tables. To secure your place at the dinner, please email [email protected] and provide the following:

• Full Company name and address (for invoice):
• Attendee name(s):
• Attendee email(s):
• Attendee dietary or accessibility request(s):

The cost will be the member rate of £125 per person plus VAT.

SME Event

The event will be split into three sections:

• Section one: SME exhibition
• Section two: Listen and learn session
• Section three: 1-2-1 meetings with Tier 1 and 2 organisations

Costs/opportunities

We have increased the costs for this event due to the increased costs in location / venue.

• Exhibitors @£400 + VAT per stand – stands are 3 x 2m in size.
