Back by popular demand - join us in Bristol for our SME Event in 2026!
Following the success of our SME meeting in February this year, we will be replicating the event in 2026 with improvements from feedback given by attendees.
Although the event will be aimed at our SME members, we welcome and encourage participation from larger organisations as there will be areas for you to get involved in. The event will allow SMEs to showcase their capabilities through the exhibition stands and the Exhibition manual which will be sent out to all attendees. There will be opportunity to learn from each other through the ‘listen and learn’ session and have the opportunity to have 121 meetings with larger organisations.
The event will be split into three sections:
- Section one: SME exhibition
- Section two: Listen and learn session
- Section three: 1-2-1 meetings with Tier 1 and 2 organisations
Costs/opportunities
We have increased the costs for this event due to the increased costs in location / venue.
- Exhibitors @£400 + VAT per stand – stands are 3 x 2m in size
- 3 x sponsors @£1,500 + VAT each (If you are NOT an SME this does not include a stand).

Please note that we are only looking for three sponsors for this event, and this will be on a first-come-first-served basis!
Registration for attendees will open on 5 January 2026 and the event will only be open to NIA members.
