Back by popular demand - join us in Bristol for our SME Event in 2026!

Following the success of our SME meeting in February this year, we will be replicating the event in 2026 with improvements from feedback given by attendees. Although the event will be aimed at our SME members, we welcome and encourage participation from larger organisations as there will be areas for you to get involved in.

The event will allow SMEs to showcase their capabilities through the exhibition stands and the Exhibition manual, which will be sent out to all attendees.  There will be an opportunity to learn from each other through the ‘listen and learn’ session and have the opportunity to have 1-2-1 meetings with larger organisations.

The Nuclear Institute (NI) Western Branch Dinner – FULLY BOOKED

The NI Western Branch Dinner will follow the event later that evening. The NIA will be hosting a number of pay-your-own-way tables. All spaces at the dinner are now FULL but if you would like to be added to the WAITING LIST, please email  [email protected] and provide the following:

  • Full Company name and address (for invoice):
  • Attendee name(s):
  • Attendee email(s):
  • Attendee dietary or accessibility request(s):

The cost will be the member rate of £125 per person plus VAT.

SME Event

The event will be split into three sections:

  • Section one: SME exhibition
  • Section two: Listen and learn session
  • Section three: 1-2-1 meetings with Tier 1 and 2 organisations

Format for the day:

09:00 – Registration
09:00 – 11:00 – Networking and exhibition viewing
11:00 – 12:30 – Formal session
12:30 – 13:30 – Lunch
13:30 – 15:30 –121 Sessions

 

121 Meetings

Each organisation can request 121 meetings with up to 3 organisations, please send the three companies in your preference order by Monday 16 March to [email protected]  Slots will be assigned on a first come first served basis. Please ensure that only one person from your organisation send the 121-request in.

The 121 organisations will be required to approve these requests before we confirm with you (please be patient).  You will also be able to speak to the other 121 organisations during the morning session and lunch.  The 121 catalogue will allow you to find out more information about each company offering 121 sessions, what they are looking for as well as who is attending from that company. Once these have been approved, we will notify you of your 121 session/s.
