GIFEN will bring together a panel of experts, institutional partners, operators and international industrialists, with the participation of representatives of nuclear industry associations from the United Kingdom, Belgium, the Netherlands and the Nordic countries.

This meeting will be dedicated to an in-depth focus on these strategic markets, in order to highlight their national and regional priorities, their industrial dynamics and the opportunities for cooperation and industrial partnerships with the French nuclear industry.

The day will be structured around a series of high-level interventions and panels, designed to analyse recent developments in the nuclear markets, regulatory and industrial frameworks, as well as the development trajectories envisaged in these countries. These discussions will make it possible to measure the impacts on a French sector that has historically been committed to the international market, on the entire nuclear value chain.

In a geopolitical and energy context in profound restructuring, marked by the security of supplies, decarbonization objectives and the revival of nuclear projects, GIFEN wanted to give the floor to leading experts and sector representatives.

They will share their vision on:

  • the UK’s nuclear and industrial strategies,
  • the outlook for development in Belgium and the Netherlands, in a context of structuring choices for the future of the energy mix,
  • the dynamics of the Nordic countries, at the crossroads of the challenges of decarbonisation, electricity and heat production, integration of energy systems and innovation.

The speakers will also discuss their feedback and expectations on key themes such as innovation, constructability and modularity, which are now recognized as determining factors for the success of major nuclear projects internationally, both in terms of cost and time control as well as industrial performance and safety.

We look forward to seeing many of you at this flagship event of the year 2026 at GIFEN, structuring for the French nuclear industry internationally, and designed as a key moment for exchanges, sharing of visions and building lasting partnerships.
