For the past two years we’ve been progressing Remediation 2045, a robust strategy to realise an ambitious vision for Sellafield. Working collaboratively with regulatory colleagues and delivery partners we are actively exploring and exploiting ways to drive purposeful decommissioning at pace, re-interpreting our arrangements to ensure that they are proportionate and that they will drive timely removal of both risk and liability, thereby creating future opportunities for the site, region and industry.
This session will be an opportunity to:
- Hear about our Remediation 2045 vision and strategy, including progress to date.
- Discuss our future challenges and opportunities to ‘do things differently’.
- Begin an objective dialogue on those challenges and opportunities and how we can become a better intelligent client for decommissioning and demolition at Sellafield.
