Psychological safety is a term that is being used more frequently, but what is it, and why does it matter?

Our speakers will share what they have been doing in SNC-Lavalin, including some video clips of Professor Amy Edmondson from Harvard University, who ran a session with their leadership team in September.

After a bit of background, they will describe the steps that they are taking in their Nuclear and Power business that are reinforcing the concept and continuing to instil behaviours.

There will be time for a Q&A at the end.
