Meet the Horizon team at the next Open Surgery
09 April 2018
Horizon Nuclear Power is inviting anyone interested in learning more about the Wylfa Newydd Project to drop into its next Open Surgery, which will be held on Monday 16 April at Cemaes Village Hall.
No appointments are needed for the drop-in sessions, which take place between 1pm and 7pm. The Horizon team will be available to give local people the chance to ask any questions they might have about the Project.
Richard Foxhall, Horizon’s Communications and Stakeholder Relations Manager, said:
“Our Open Surgeries are a great way for us to continue having an active presence within the community and talk about the work we’re doing across North Wales, in addition to the Wylfa Newydd Project.
“We’ve recently taken ownership of the former Wylfa Visitor Centre and are busy breathing new life back into the building. We’ve started work on repairing it, bringing the building’s services up to current standards and giving it a much-needed lick of paint. We’ve got some exciting ideas to bring the building back into the public eye in the near future, so keep an eye out for more information about our plans once we’ve completed the refurbishment.”
