HII Renames SN3, Ltd. To HII Technical Solutions, Ltd.

12 September 2018

Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) Technical Solutions division has changed its U.K. business unit’s name from SN3, Ltd. to HII Technical Solutions Ltd.

This is a change in name only, all other aspects of our entity remain unchanged. This name change highlights our position within the HII family of subsidiaries and helps unify the services that make up the HII Technical Solutions division. Our unwavering commitment to our customers and partners remains steadfast.

Changing our U.K. legal business unit name to HII Technical Solutions Ltd. allows us to harmonize our branding strategy with our corporation’s legacy of successfully managing simultaneous complex nuclear projects based in shipbuilding. That knowledge is applied to commercial nuclear markets through the Nuclear & Environmental group. We apply our disciplined nuclear operations culture, forged through decades of excellence, in the most complex projects ever undertaken in the global marketplace.

We are committed to being a good partner and in building relationships based on mutual trust and respect, founded in integrity. Finally, we value open communication and diligently pursue a workforce that is ethical, diverse, and inclusive and strives to ensure a safe work environment.

We consistently achieve project performance success at every level by offering innovative strategies resulting in safe, high-quality, on time, on budget delivery to our customers.
