UKAEA Covid-19 Supply Chain Questionnaire

UKAEA’s Procurement Team is available to assist you in identifying, managing and mitigating the disruption caused by rising absenteeism due to the pandemic, the changes required to accommodate social distancing measures and the increased care responsibilities which may involve a loss of key staff and disruption to services.
In order to help them understand your requirements and those of the wider sector, they would really value your engagement in providing data on the impact of Covid-19 on your company. This data will be collated in order to provide an anonymised output report, which we will share with you.
UKAEA understand this is a difficult period with many demands on your time and we appreciate your help in completing this questionnaire. Your feedback will help UKAEA to better understand the impact of the virus on your business, offer early sight of emerging issues affecting the supply chain and potentially help shape further interventions to aid us all in the future.
