The Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel have designated a special website page for the Annual Dinner.  To access this webpage the Grosvenor House will be contacting all table hosts directly giving an individual username and password to access their webpage to order wine for the table, hospitality suites/tables and canapes as well as notifying of any special dietary requirements.

Accommodation
inCorporate Venues are acting as NIA’s hotel reservation agents for both Nuclear 2018 and the Annual Dinner event. They have secured a good rate at the various hotels including the Grosvenor House Hotel but this is subject to availability and reservations will be dealt with on a ‘first-come, first-served basis’. The prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.

If you wish to reserve 10 rooms or more then contact inCorporate Venues direct as it will be necessary for your organisation to raise a contract with the hotel which inCorporate Venues can assist. Dinner Guests
Only company names will appear in the Annual Dinner 2018 booklet.

Dinner tickets will need to be shown to gain entry into the Great Room.

Hospitality Suites
For reserving rooms or hospitality suites all bookings will need to be made directly with the Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel using the username and password given to access the Grosvenor webpage.

Hosted bars are also available before the start of the dinner. A Hosted Bar consists of a table, a bartender, complimentary dry snacks and the pre-selected beverages of your choice. Hosted Bars are available for Pre-Dinner receptions. Prominent signage will direct your guests once they reach the function room to the location of your Hosted Bar, which will be indicated by your Company logo.

After Dinner Speaker
Adam Kay

Adam Kay is a comedian, musician, writer and former junior doctor.  He fronted the musical comedy act Amateur Transplants alongside fellow doctor Suman Biswas.

As a solo performer Adam has continued to perform at festivals and clubs around the UK. His comedy combines dark humour with unexpected insights into the world of healthcare and hospitals and has been described as “bracingly intelligent and enormous fun” by The Times.

Adam has also written for comedy shows across BBC TV and is a regular on Radio 4’s The Now Show. He’s also worked as an advertising copywriter and in medicine he has written professional texts as well as acclaimed women’s health features for Cosmopolitan magazine.

Live Band
The Redfords

The Redfords are a highly talented function band with over ten years’ experience in entertainment, performing a mix of trending and classic popular music. They are full-time professional musicians who constantly update their material to keep the sound current without losing sight of the great classics.

The band are well known for creating a real party atmosphere, and the majority of its recommendations come from performances.
