NIA is committed to continually improving the focus and quality of its service to its member companies. Accordingly, we have commissioned Corporate Options Review Ltd (CORL) to conduct a survey of members' views on NIA's performance and activities, and of your needs and expectations. CORL are currently compiling a questionnaire in conjunction with NIA staff to be sent to all members and other stakeholders, such as DTI, towards the end of the year. CORL will then assist us to assess the responses, and will carry out follow-up interviews with selected companies in the new year.

The results of the survey will be taken into account in NIA's Business Plan for 2005/06. We would urge you all to take the time to fill in the questionnaire and let us know your views.
