A Chemist by training, Justin is a Technical Director in Babtie Nuclear, based in Babtie's Exeter office. He is responsible for projects encompassing work at Winfrith, Culham, Dounreay, Devonport, Berkeley and Wylfa. Prior to joining Babtie, Justin was Nuclear Industry Analyst for BNIF, where he was involved in numerous activities, including: leading BNIF's Foresight Programme and representing BNIF on the DTI's Foresight 2000 Energy and Environment Panel. Through his role at BNIF, Justin gained extensive knowledge of the nuclear industry in the UK and world-wide, building on the experience he had gained previously at AEA Technology, where he was Business Development Manager for nuclear and environmental projects in Central and Eastern Europe. In his spare time, Justin is on the committee of the UK Young Generation Network, which is part of the BNES and is aimed at encouraging young people to join and remain in the nuclear industry and to help transfer knowledge across the generations.
